Remember that song??

OH, OH, OH!
Ice cold milk and an Oreo cookie,
They forever go together,
What a classic combination.
When a dark, delicious cookie
Meets and icy cold sensation
Like the one and only
Creamy, crunchy chocolate
O-R-E-O!
They forever go together,
What a classic combination.
OH, OH, OH!
Ice cold milk and an Oreo cookie.
OH, OH, OH!
the one and only O-R-E-O!

Fashionista!

Sullivan loves accessories! She walked around with her hat, purse and Levi's tool-man goggles, feeling very fabulous. She's such a funny girl!

Cute Fireman!

Levi and I made this cute fireman hat in school this week. It's made out of paper, but he was so excited, you'd think we got it at a costume store. ;)

A Few More Birthday Photos

The morning of Zane's birthday, he opened his gifts from us. He was very excited about his batting gloves and bag and his new Wii game. Titus went shopping for the Bionicle, which Zane thought was pretty special. It was a fun birthday weekend.

Slumber Party!!!

For Zane's 9th birthday, he wanted to have a few (WE said 3) friends over for pizza, games, movies and very little sleep. The boys had SO much energy, Will ended up taking them to our park too (they loved that in the dark) between dinner and dessert. I think this really helped.... a little.:)

Pizza time!

Slade is a good friend of Zane's who was also our neighbor when we lived in Murrieta. Zane misses going over to his house a lot and just living close to him! (We all miss living next to the Whiddons!) Slade and Zane both love Sunridge Karate!

Christian is one of Zane's friends from Bible study. He has the sweetest smile and is so polite and obedient. He's a baseball fanatic, so now he and Zane have that in common too!

Skylar was Zane's very first friend. He is very special to Zane. Even though he lives in San Diego with his wonderful family (we love those Maggioras), time and distance never seem to take a toll on their friendship. Zane loved having Sky at the sleep-over and hopes to have him back again soon!

Here are Titus and Levi, blowing up their whoopee cushions. These little party favors were one BIG hit! Will and I actually woke up to the lovely sound these delightful toys make, at 6:30 Saturday morning! Fun!

We've had so many birthday parties lately, we've actually been caked-out! So, Zane requested an ice cream pie for his big day.

Zane opened some great gifts and a special hand-made card from Skylar.

While Zane checked out his new presents, Will played some Jimmy Buffet and the boys all started dancing! It was hysterical, watching them breakdance to "Cheeseburger in Paradise." The boys loved that song and kept asking Will to play it over and over. Could this be a "pie-high?"

Christian got funky!

Here are Slade's breakdance moves and "the worm."

Titus had some super-crazy moves of his own! This didn't surprise us; he loves to dance any time, any place!

Will and I found that being this cool is exhausting! :P

The New Schuman Kids

It happens to every couple... once their own children have been gone long enough! Mom and Dad missed Bruce and me SOOOO much that they had to replace us with a new little son and daughter. Samson and Sadie are Airedale puppies, brother and sister. Aren't they cute??? The kids and I can't wait to meet them when we visit in June!

Happy #4, Levi!

Mom came to visit us for Levi's 4th birthday, and we had such a great time. We had a fun little party on Friday night to celebrate our cheery, sunny little guy. He was so excited, he could hardly stand it!

Important birthday boys get lots of phone calls! Here is Levi talking to his Popsie.

Mom brought Sullivan this hat which she wore non-stop. The other picture shows her carrying one of the purses from Nonnie; this is her new favorite past time.

Here are some of the special gifts Levi got, including some preschool workbooks from Nonnie and Popsie! These are a gift to me too because they're helping me so much during school time. He likes to stay very busy. Zane got to open his gift from Non and Pops early: this Lego set with 929 pieces. He had it put together in a couple of days!

For dinner, Levi ordered salmon and Daddy's special fried potatoes. I experimented and made collard greens with bacon also, which was really good! No wonder they like them in the South! Levi requested chocolate cake and ice cream for his b-day dessert. We all slept reeeeally well that night!
