New Mexican food... of course!
I got to have my NM food fix twice during my visit. Dad brought Padilla's home one night, and here we are sitting at Los Cuates, where Mom and I took Fauv for lunch. Sullivan LOVED the sopapillas! I had chile rellenos as only New Mexicans can make them. I could eat them every day.

Still putting off my lesson planning, I think I might search for a Hatch Chile Relleno recipe right now. I still miss the food from NM Marn, and I haven't lived there in years.
P.S. My mouth is watering just thinking about this!
